Crosscut Sled Plans

People have been asking me for years to create plans for my cross cut sled (Han Sawlo). Rather than make you pay for it, this is my way of saying thanks for being here and supporting the channel. 

Whether you’re just getting into woodworking or you’ve been at it for a while, this sled is one of those shop staples that makes everything easier, cleaner, and more accurate.

You can build it with minimal tools, and the materials are basic. But the payoff? Huge. It’s a quick project that’ll improve just about every cut you make on the table saw.

The plans include a cut list and assembly instructions.
